concert photography

During my time living in lower Manhattan, my apartment, 10 Delancey, sat on top of the Bowery Ballroom — One of New York’s most iconic music venues.
The Ballroom quickly became a safe space — Emotionally and physically, shoutout to my personal Bouncer, Dexter! — And gradually, so did every other venue in the City.
I began concert-hopping with my best friend and roommate, Kali Kugler, a brilliant writer and even better comrade.
I photographed and she wrote. Rinse and repeat. Week after week.
We later joined NYS Music, a sure-fire way to get even closer access to artists, publicists, and joy.
This collection of photos is primarily from the shows we covered together.
(Plus images from a One Direction Dance Party, at the Bowery Ballroom, the night a cosmic twist happened and I met Kali!)
